Casual Concourse Food Service Assistants – Liverpool

Liverpool Football Club is seeking for Casual Concourse Food Service Assistants.

Roles:

• Serve a range of food and drinks from concourse kiosks, including hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, pies, burgers, and snacks.
• Work behind busy counters and bar-style service areas during peak periods.
• Take orders quickly and accurately while delivering great customer service.
• Maintain a fast, efficient service during high-volume matchday demand.
• Keep your area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
• Support your team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with the public.
• Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable handling food and drinks, including alcohol service.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
